From Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures comes Man of Steel starring Henry Cavill in the role of Clark Kent/Superman, under the direction of Zack Snyder.
A young boy learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of this Earth. As a young man, he journeys to discover where he came from and what he was sent here to do. But the hero in him must emerge if he is to save the world from annihilation and become the symbol of hope for all mankind.
With an all-star cast that includes Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as Clark’s earthbound parents; Oscar winner Russell Crowe as Superman’s Kryptonian father; Amy Adams as Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane; Laurence Fishburne as editor Perry White; and Michael Shannon as Superman’s otherworldly archenemy General Zod, populations from Smallville to Metropolis are psyched for Superman.
I can’t believe I almost missed this movie. I saw dad watching it and noticed dragons? I could not believe he told me he was watching Man of Steel.
Upon my viewing I could not help but notice how well defined Mr. Henry Cavill is..ooo la la! The story was interesting as I felt it stuck mostly to the historical coming-into-being of Superman. Although the story was very familiar to a previous Superman movie, I felt this story was better told.
Not bad at all and very HOT!
